This version includes a new feature that allows you to view attachments directly in the application, along with some bug fixes.
Attachment preview
You can now preview images, media files, and PDF attachments directly in the application.
- Attachments from saved or draft records can be viewed without downloading them to your device. Attachments in draft records can also be previewed offline.
- Attachment preview is available on both the web and mobile applications.
Please note: attachment preview for PDF files on mobile is not supported in this release. We hope to include this in a future release. - You can access the attachment preview from the record detail panel on the right, or by tapping the attachment name directly on the mobile app. You can also select multiple records to view all their attachments in one place.
- The preview supports common image, audio, and video formats that are compatible with the browser/device, as well as PDF and TXT files.
Bug fixes
- Choices in multiple reference fields are now sorted alphabetically in the input dropdown.
- In previous versions, forms containing a reverse reference field failed to load offline for users without access to the referenced form. This issue is now resolved.
- Previously, selecting a value in a reference field slicer did not update the available options in the related parent field slicer. This now works as expected.
