I’d like to submit a feature request.
Suppose we have two forms, one in each database. Would it be possible to create a rule so that when a record is added to one form, the same record is automatically added to the other?
Essentially, this would link the two forms and map their columns to each other, similar to the existing “import from another form” function, but automatic and triggered only for records that meet specific conditions.
This would be very useful for internal referrals between departments. At the moment, staff have to add these records manually.
