Hi Friends! This is my first post in the community, so hoping I’ve done things according to the proper format. I’m working on editing the visibility of my folders and forms, according to the documentation, however, when I click on the “Edit” link in my database settings, I do not seem to have the same options (“Change to reference” and “Change to public”) as the documentation says I should. (see image below…) Does anyone have any guidance?

Welcome to the community! Thank you for pointing that out. The documentation is a bit outdated, as the reference visibility for folders now only applies to databases that still use a legacy role. I’ll let the team know so they can update it.
In the current version, you can manage folder visibility by granting the folder as a resource to a specific role and selecting Display in the list of forms. This controls whether the folder appears in the list of visible forms and folders.
If you want to open a collection link and other forms reference the form, you can make the referenced forms public by updating each one individually.
