If you want to mimic Microsoft communities, you can create a part of ideas, where people propose new features and ideas and then others can vote on the most pressing, this could give you a view of the needs and plan future developments

Great idea! I’ve added an “Feature requests” category. I will look into how we can link this with our feature request database that currently lives in Jira.
