Currently, charts automate the scale maximum and the units. It would be preferable to be able to customize this so that the analyst can choose a scale that is appropriate to the data. Related to this, measures reported as %s are shown as decimals in y-axes, which can be confusing; we would also like to be able to customize this. Thanks!
