As part of efforts to make attachments such as photos and documents first-class citizens in ActivityInfo, we’re adding attachment previews that make it much easier to view attachments in the application without downloading them and opening them.

The only thing I’m not sure about: do you really want to give the whole line for the Virus scan completed / failed message? For me, just a 
/ 
with a tooltip would be enough.
Also, my colleagues always ask whether it’s possible to see a preview in the record editor before submitting an entry.
