We would like to inform you of an important upcoming change regarding Tableau integrations with ActivityInfo.
Tableau has announced that Web Data Connectors (WDC) will be phased out in favor of their REST API Connector. Accordingly, ActivityInfo will discontinue support for the Web Data Connector, which will be fully removed on July 31, 2026.
If you are currently using the Web Data Connector, we recommend transitioning to the REST API Connector to ensure uninterrupted access to your data. The REST API Connector is the supported method going forward, and transitioning early will help avoid any disruption.
