I may have missed this option in my database, but I’m seeking best practices for disabling a collection link for a form which I no longer want to use, but also don’t want to delete because I still need the data. I am having an issue with field staff using archived data reports and want to disable their access to these old forms. Any suggestions?

It is indeed possible to close a collection link to prevent users from submitting new records in this form.
Locks can also be used to ensure that form data remains consistent and to preserve historical data by preventing any modifications or the addition of new records to a form.
