I was wondering whether any of our customers have used ActivityInfo and SharePoint. If yes, can you please describe how and why there was the need to link ActivityInfo and SharePoint?

Hello Eliza. There are examples in Ukraine where SharePoint lists are being linked to ActivityInfo. The project management form should communicate between SharePoint and ActivityInfo so that data entered via SharePoint lists or PowerApps can be synchronised. In any case, we would like to stress the need to add a ‘link’ field (or make it an option within the ‘attachment’ field) so that users can easily click on the SharePoint link, as we have many verification sources uploaded there.

Help you for coming back! the objective of integration is updating and /or adding records in ActivityInfo while those records exist in share point? do you have any best practices to recommend for your experience and which ( if any) documentation of ActivityInfo you found usefull while building those workflows?

The answer to your first question is yes. In Ukraine, they want to link SharePoint lists with ActivityInfo to update records. In Mauritania, using Power Automate flows, data is extracted from AI databases to generate reports in Word, which are then emailed and also uploaded to SharePoint. I haven’t found any documentation on the ActivityInfo website regarding its integration with MS SharePoint.
However, without going into these examples (which we would like to be able to scale up for other projects, but which, for the moment, is not possible), the most urgent requirement would be to add a field to the form with a link to a SharePoint document, so that clicking on it automatically opens that document.
