In the attached file, you will see that there is an issue with taking the coordinates of the locations. The error message said that instructions to follow. I have tried all and the airplane mode is off, but it soen’t work.
Is it on a specific phone that’s having trouble getting the gps signal?
I would suggest first verifying that the device’s GPS receiver is in good working order. You can use an app like this:
If the receiver is working well, check that ActivityInfo.org has permission to access it. You can do this by just opening https://www.activityinfo.org in Chrome and following these instructions:
Finally, if none of that works, post the Android device name, android version, and the Chrome version.
