Printing of Detailed View & of Calculation in Form

Hello hello!

We have identified the following: we cannot print information integrating the Calculations…
In the Print Record, the Calculation fields do not appear.

We can create a detailed view that shows the calculation, but we cannot print the detailed View.

Is there a way to allow both?

Hi Quentin,

Currently, printing the record in the record detail view isn’t possible, but I see how useful it could be. I will submit a feature request for this.

Do you have any update on this feature? Do you have any tentative dates of availability for this feature?
We have a project really needing this for means of verifications and they want to know if they should wait a bit or find an alternative solution in the short term

Is there any update on this feature? We still can’t view the calculated fields in the Print Record, and this has delayed our work because the form must be complete for it to count as a valid verification method.

Dear Valentina,

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

We have now released version 5.0-b20261760, which adds support for calculated fields in the record print screen. It also includes a small improvement where the record keys or label are shown as the header, making the output clearer.

Thank you very much for the update that allows the calculations to be displayed in the Print record!

Just a quick note. With the update, all the fields that were hidden by relevance rules in this Print Record have reappeared. Is there a way to hide them again as they were before this update?

Many fields that don’t make sense for some records are displayed in the Print Record—for example, when the patient is a non-pregnant woman, the questions for pregnant women are hidden, but they’re appearing (blank) in the Print Record.

Thanks for your feedback. You’re right, this is not the expected behaviour in the record print.

We’re working on a fix to ensure those fields are hidden, and we expect to release it next week. I’ll keep you posted as soon as it’s available.

We released a new version last evening that should resolve this issue. Fields that do not meet relevance rules should no longer appear in the record print view.
