While attempting the data collection exercise in ActivityInfo, I was unable to add a database due to my user role. In addition, it was not clear where the exercise was supposed to be carried out.

Can you please confirm whther you have an active free trial under your name? The assignment will be completed within ActivityInfo. Please let me know whether I understood correctly the second part of your question.
