Synchronization issue

Hello dears,

The teams are using Activity Info on Mobile Phones in the field where there is no Internet Access, and they are filling out the reports in Offline mode, so when they have internet access, the reports are stored in the mobile phone and not synchronized, Sorry for attaching the picture in the Arabic, But in general, this is the main issue, If anyone faced the same issue and solved it, Please share the method with us, Thanks a lot.

Generally the cause of synchronization problems lies with permission changes. If a user’s permissions are changed while they are offline, the submissions will be blocked for security reason. We’re working on providing better feedback in cases like this, but in the meantime, an administrator can check the reasons in the “Problems” section of the database design page:
