I am trying to paste data for a reference field and the reference in question is the serial number of another form.
When I try to fill that field one by one it works naturally, but when I try to paste data it gives me this error.
Any idea what this could mean? Potentially are we doing something wrong or is this a bug?
I would love to have your take on it.

To help resolve this, please check the following:
Access Permissions: Confirm that you have permission to view the records in the reference form. If you do not have access to the source record, the system cannot validate the match.
Record Existence: Ensure that the specific records (e.g., the individual Beneficiary IDs) have already been successfully uploaded and exist in the source form.
Uniqueness: Ensure that the beneficiary ID is a key field and matches exactly one single record. If multiple records share the same identifier, the system cannot link them.
Also, please confirm whether you are using the data entry form when trying to enter the data one by one.
