I am experiencing a glitch that does not occur constantly but happens almost daily. Some records appear as invalid submitted records. When I review these records to identify the issue, no errors are visible. Even after opening and checking them carefully, everything seems correct.
However, I noticed that in a multiple-choice field, the same option is automatically selected twice (please see the attached picture), I am wondering if you can solve this issue.

If you still need support, I would advise you to flag this with your organization’s Technical Contact so that they can raise a ticket with our Helpdesk. Our support team will then take a closer look at your specific implementation and can provide a more targeted response from there.
